BEST RESOURCES FOR AUTHORS

BEST RESOURCES FOR AUTHORS

This is a list of some of the Best Resources For Authors to help you sell more books.

1) MS Word

This is one of the must have tools for any writer. Easy and simple to use with hundreds of free tutorial videos on youtube.

You can use this  amazing tool whether you are just starting out or have been professionally writing for centuries...well, if you have been writing for centuries, then fell free to offer some tips on this blog :)

2) Google Docs

Google docs is another suite of easy to use tools that are free with a simple google (or gmail) account. You can simply sign up for an account with google (if you do not already have one), and get started.
I have been using google docs for a long time, and find it to be a time saver. Also, it is very easy to share your documents with other users using Google docs.

Another cool feature in google docs is the voice typing feature. Check this one out and save a ton of time on writing by simply narrating your book or notes.

Check out the screenshot below to see how you can access the 'voice typing' feature:

3) Headline Analyzer

All writers understand the power of writing good headlines. Headlines are the main reason that a reader decides to read an article or not. Use this tool to learn which headlines will help you get more clicks and readers.

4) Grammarly

This is an awesome tool to use as a writer, as it helps to detect and correct spelling and grammatical errors. You can get started with a free version, as I did. I used this tool for all my books to ensure there were no typos.

These are just some of my favorite tools. There are some more that I will be adding to this list in the future.
